We are pleased to speak of Guy Bezzina who manages our property. Guy is a very mature, calm, polite and friendly person who is thoroughly professional at all times. He is thorough in his work and his approach to our needs is always helpful. We feel comfortable in dealing with him at all times. Guy has always been willing to assist us with any request. He also gives his experience of a tenancy situation which provides us with feedback about a particular issue and assists us in reaching a solution.

The first issue in managing a property such as ours, is that there is constant communication and we have mentioned this to you before. The most difficult issue we find is to have no communication throughout each month and then to find when the statement arrives at the end of the month that x number of tenants is behind in their rent and no action has been taken. We are happy to say that we have no “surprises” at the end of each month with Guy’s thorough management.

Secondly, the issue of repairs and maintenance is also important. We are always advised of any repairs and this is fantastic. Guy never takes it upon himself to organise these without contacting us first. All repairs which Guy arranges have always been authorised by us.

Thirdly, we wish to comment on the tenancy applications. Again here we believe this is an extremely important issue. Guy Always contacts us prior to approving any tenancy application. Unfortunately due to the nature of the building many varied applications for tenancy are received. After speaking with Guy about the individual application we both come to an agreement about the merits of the application and if we feel it should proceed. The level of communication and advice given by Guy on this point is always high, knowledgeable, professional standard.

We sincerely appreciate the hard work and commitment, the professional attitude, enthusiasm and eagerness for the job, and we look forward to a continuing relationship with your agency and we wish your agency every success for the future.
